This solution combines the reliable HC100 direct thermal printer with easy-to-load cartridges containing Zebra’s Z-Band® wristbands.
Save staff time. Pop the wristband cartridge into the HC100 and print individual wristbands on demand. Compare these two simple steps with laser printing, which often requires staff to load forms into a special tray, print labels, apply a label to the band, and fold a laminate over the band.
The HC100 printer detects wristband size—adult, pediatric, infant—and automatically calibrates its settings for optimal print quality.

Zebra IQ Color
Print color visual cues on demand
With Zebra’s patented, exclusive IQ Color direct thermal ink technology, and any Zebra® thermal printer, you create visual cues or highlight important information within your current label format. This innovative technology provides a flexible, efficient, and accurate alternative to methods like using preprinted color thermal media, laser, or ink jet printing, separate color labels, or color markers.
It’s ideal for lab, specimen, and pharmacy labeling.
Customized to your needs
When manufacturing the labels, Zebra applies up to four invisible ink colors to the zones you designate. Your printer heat-activates the ink to make select colors visible as your application requires. It can reveal the color in the form of shapes, text, graphics, or reverse images.
